Credit Card Booking
TERMS OF PAYMENT: 100% deposit for one night stays ~ 50% deposit for two nights or more
1.1 Should you wish to discuss your booking with us first, or to find out about specials or discounts, then please click on and complete the following link: Direct Booking Enquiry. This will reach us on our email eastbury@hermanus.co.za. On confirmation of your booking, we shall manually add your booking to our calendar and we shall then send you an invoice and a secure credit card link via Paybridge, the credit card portal of Nightsbridge.
1.2 When you make a Real Time Online Booking by clicking the brown button below, you will be given the option to pay via Paybridge secure credit card portal. Payment will immediately confirm your booking via our live booking management engine – Nightsbridge. Your credit card details will be encrypted and not made available to any party. Please click on the BROWN “BOOK NOW” BUTTON BELOW complete the steps to make your online booking. Enter your credit card details when you are ready to secure your booking.
For local South African Bank transfers only:
2.1 Contact us via Direct Booking Enquiry to secure your booking manually. We will send you an invoice with our bank details.
2.2 Click on the ONLINE BOOK NOW button above and Nightsbridge will give you the option of paying via EFT and will forward our bank details when you have confirmed your booking.
3 SWIFT transfers attract a fee which will be added to your final account. Contact us via email: eastbury@hermanus.co.za to request the Swift code.
4 NO CASH DEPOSITS PLEASE – these deposits at banks and ATMS will attract large bank charges and will be added to your final account on departure.
5 We accept balance of payment as CASH on arrival.
